Jack gasped for breath, and was finally receiving lungs of air. Karen
let him gasp for several more moments. It was obvious he was in a lot of
pain; that was good. She could see the look of fear in KA3’s eyes. It was
important to establish the dominant role early. She laid the metal block on
KA3’s stomach. He flinched at the touch. Jack had only just begun to feel
