forcing her legs to be spread open about five feet apart. She was
pulled taught by the ropes from the ceiling pulley, and the only way
she could relieve the growing pain and pressure in her shoulders was
by standing on her tiptoes. But with her legs so unnaturally spread
apart, it was impossible to stand up high for more than a few
minutes…she moaned and groaned as her tortured body rose and fell
